A jury trial is set for next month for a former official with the Chilhowie Little League organization accused of embezzlement.
Aaron Lee Heath was indicted in a case related to embezzling a rifle that was being raffled off as a fund raiser in 2017, according to court information obtained by WCYB.
Heath was indicted by a grand jury in December and is scheduled for trial March 6.
